Joanne Rinaldi,

Joanne Rinaldi is Director of Service Delivery for the Prosci Australia-New Zealand team, leading program delivery, advisory services and coaching excellence. Drawing on more than 22 years of change management experience, she trains individual change leaders in public and in-house programs, and helps organisations build enterprise change capability. Joanne has also developed and introduced leadership programs, frameworks and delivery models as part of building organisational change capability. She’s particularly adept at evaluating an organisation’s current change practices and organisational maturity, and then developing customized solutions. A strong communicator and facilitator with an engaging, motivating style, Joanne is a regular speaker at corporate, universities, CMI and AIPM events. In addition to English, Joanne speaks Italian fluently.

Before joining Prosci, Joanne was Manager of Change for a national marketing services company, where she developed and enabled the enterprise change capability and digital transformation programs. Joanne also served as change lead for a global organisation with 46,000 employees. She oversaw initiatives for the global technology refresh program, business transformations, large-scale M&A, and cultural changes. Joanne has been leading high-performance teams throughout her career. Joanne holds a bachelor’s in adult learning from Monash University, Post Graduate in Innovation and Design Thinking as well as a diploma in training and assessment and a graduate diploma in human resources from Holmesglen Institute of TAFE. Her many certifications include Denison Organisational Culture, HBDI®, ITIL v3, BarOn EQ-i®, NLP, MBTI® Facilitation and Scrum Master.
